Naska, the mother of 12 year old Nina, has been discharged from the factory and finds a job in a remote dairy farm in the mountain. Nina can't continue her education even though this is the only way that she will have a destiny different from her mother's. That's why she comes back in town but the school authorities don't allow her to live alone. In the meantime the dairy farm is closed down, Naska is involved in an accident that almost leads to murder... Maryan is also 12 years old.
