Steven earned praises with his elements of the dessert. He was safe as Scott (who missed out the other elements of the dish and his choux pastries were overmoist) and Jamie (who overuse the shiso cremeaux in his pastries and his mango and shiso sphere toppled on the dish) meant they're the bottom two. The main focus of this challenge was the choux pastries (one of the key elements in the dish) and with his second take of pastries failed to thrive in judging, Scott was eliminated.
