We’ll pair daily recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with targeted yoga classes designed to cleanse specific parts of the body. You’ll get all of this, plus you’ll be able to do it as many times as you like, forever. It’s 100% online, so you won’t have to wait to get anything in the mail either; you can get started as soon as you like.
Is it vegetarian/vegan/GF friendly?
Every recipe is totally meat-free. As for my vegan friends, some recipes may call for eggs, honey, or a very occasional spoonful of plain yogurt, but each of these things is easily substituted by vegan alternatives :) If you’re gluten-free, I use wild rice once or twice, but again, you can feel totally free to use something that you can tolerate.
What kind of food is there?
Am I juicing or doing anything super crazy?! Nope. There’s nothing so complicated. No fancy kitchen supplies, no fad diets, and no crazy restrictions, or expensive supplements are involved in this cleanse. It’s meant to be a kickstart in to better living, not a totally unsustainable shock to the system. Each day’s meals are focused on cleansing a specific area of the body and are complimented by the yoga class of the day with the same theme.

Who’s Erin Motz?
Listen — I’m not your traditional yogi: I’m the carnivorous, red wine and French cheese-loving type and I’m based in Tampa, FL where I teach vinyasa flow. My aim is to keep my classes fun and accessible, both in the studio and online. You won’t hear much Sanskrit, I totally forgive you if you don’t know your asana from your elbow, and I firmly believe that yoga is for everyone, from the kale-loving vegan to the prize-winning deer hunter. I may be a Bad Yogi, but if I’m being totally honest, teaching yoga has been one of my greatest pleasures; I practice to feed my teaching, but I teach to feed my life.
Do I need cleanse or yoga experience to do it?
Not at all. This cleanse is gentle and nutritious, so there’s no prior “training” necessary. You don’t need to have a tolerance for any of it because we’re not depriving the body of anything; we’re feeding it exactly what it needs, both nutritionally and in the form of exercise. The yoga classes vary in degree of difficulty, but are all easily modifiable to suit your needs.
