Episode Plot:	Interpreter Faruq goes on strike because Ellen's appraisal of him is not glowing enough to warrant his getting a British visa but when Faruq saves her during a Taliban attack Tower Block persuades her to bend the rules and rewrite the assessment to get Faruq what he wants. Simon is still smitten by Ellen and seeks Bird's help in trying to impress her, unaware that Bird is setting out to achieve the opposite as 'therapy' for him to get over the object of his affection. Meanwhile Mac and Rocket engage in a gladiatorial combat which also ends in disaster.
