With Sarah taking a mom day with Kira and Alison busy with a committee meeting, Cosima volunteers to accompany Donnie to the BrightBorn orientation session pretending to be the surrogate mom, which she hopes will allow her to do some snooping around the facility to discover what scientifically BrightBorn is actually doing. It is a difficult enough situation made all the more difficult when they discover upon arrival that Evie Cho will be at the orientation. It becomes even more confusing with the arrival of another unexpected person, who is unaware of Leda but has her own suspicions of something nefarious going on in her world, which almost got her killed. Sarah and Felix are still at odds with each other over Adele in his life, Sarah not believing that they truly are biological siblings and that Adele is in his life for some other nefarious reason. Their antagonism is increased by Felix bringing Adele to the safe house, and by Sarah discovering that Geneconnecxion, the company that Adele and Felix used to find each other, is a subsidiary of BrightBorn. Sarah decides to do some investigative work of her own on the matter. And Art's professional life is potentially put into jeopardy when he finds out some information regarding Alison and Donnie.

DESCRIPTION
