BABY BOSS è una divertente commedia per grandi e piccoli, che racconta cosa succede all'interno di una famiglia quando arriva un nuovo bebè. Il tutto raccontato dal punto di vista fantasioso di un bambino di 7 anni, di nome Tim. Nella testa di un bambino di sette anni, l'arrivo a casa di un fratellino è infatti un evento misterioso e affascinante, da romanzare e interpretare con tutti i ghiribizzi e gli slanci dell'immaginazione. Timothy Templeton, ad esempio, se lo vede arrivare in taxi, vestito di tutto punto in abiti eleganti e cravatta su misura, ventriquattrore alla mano e mocassini lucidi. La vita da figlio unico che conosceva cambia radicalmente e condividere l'attenzione dei genitori è il sacrificio minore. Il nuovo arrivato non è soltanto molesto e rumoroso, come tutti i bambini, è un ometto maturo che maschera discorsi da adulto con farfugliamenti adorabili e incomprensibili "bubu dada". I sospetti di Timothy sono fondati: suo fratello minore è un agente infiltrato della Baby Corp e l'appuntamento giochi è in realtà una riunione segreta in salotto con un gruppo di suoi pari. Insomma, Baby Boss altri non è che una spia in missione segreta, e solo Tim potrà aiutarlo. I due piccoli soci saranno catapultati in un'avventura stravagante e, per riuscire a sventare un complotto ignobile, saranno coinvolti in una battaglia epica fra cuccioli e bambini
