Description:
But the river is wide, the river is deep, the river takes us away from the clouds.
The Flame in the Flood is a game in the genre of light roguelike about how a girl and her faithful dog are exploring America's deserted creeks.
Noticing that the river rises, Scout quickly collects things, grabs the faithful old dog Aesop and sets off on a makeshift raft in search of a safe place. But the river is deep, it will change the life of the girl. Or take it away.
The Flame in the Flood is the story of a single voyage, the action of which unfolds in America in the era of the decay of civilization, where mankind is again threatened by primordial enemies: wild beasts, cold, fatigue and lack of supplies. Apparently, the general mood of the game was set by Scott Sinclair, art director of the studio, who worked on Bioshock. And at the heart of the game process is a river, the channel of which is defined by the random number generator. The developers confess that working in a small team faced unexpected difficulties, and only thanks to the help of the gaming community they managed to debug the mechanics of survival, rafting and creating objects.
