Episode Plot:
A marine jumps off the building she lives in. The team goes to investigate and it appears to be a suicide. The marine is brought to the hospital and while there Gibbs runs into Dr. Confalone, who says the marine was her patient. She tells Gibbs that she didn't try to commit suicide and thinks someone tried to kill her. But won't tell Gibbs anything else because of confidentiality. They check and find a few anomalies but not enough to justify it being murder. When the marine dies, Confalone finally tells Gibbs that she was trying to figure what to do about a murder which was covered up by someone she knows but she never revealed who it is. So they wonder could it have been something while she deployed or something that happened when she came back.
