This PE was designed not only to maintain and repair, but also to install XP/VISTA/7/8/8.1/10, provided that you prepare the drive you're using by following the ReadMe.txt. (You'll need to download and place the Windows ISO's onto your OSimages folder, after creating your USB.)
You can use this bootable USB to repair/backup/ restore almost any modern computer, and most old ones too. (PC's/Mac's/Servers with RAID or ReFS volumes)

To connect to some shared network folders you will need to map a network drive.
1.) Use the button to map a network drive at the top of the explorer window
2.) Make sure you select the checkbox for "Login with different credentials"

Now you can easily save StartMenu shortcuts, Registry Keys, and portable apps to your USB.
The format will be:
Y:SystemStartMenu Y:SystemRegistry
To save your Start Menu, Boot into PE and in the Start Menu go to System Tools>Settings>Save Start Menu - to activate the feature... When the program is run any shortcuts including new folders will be saved and load after reboot. You will need to repeat this each time you wish to make changes. To reset the Start Menu to the DEFAULT settings delete the Y:SYSTEMSTARTMENU folder.
You can place .REG files in the "Y:SystemRegistry" folder and they will automerge with the registry during boot. You can place as many .REG files in this folder as you like. __________________________
