Episode plot: Eric and Lindsey Bennett take on a property in disrepair that has been deemed a tear-down by the seller. The flippers think they can salvage the home and give it new life, but the more they uncover, the more frightening this flip becomes. A rotting carport, a damaged roof and severe mold send the renovation costs skyrocketing and leave the couple wondering if they should have listened to the seller and torn the whole thing down.
