DESCRIPTION
Little Pepík from a children home and the train dispatcher "Captain" Korda (Vladimír Brabec) become friends in a hospital where they are both undergoing therapy. Korda loves children, and since he lives in a marriage without issue, he takes the boy home when his treatment is over. Pepík is very happy at the Kordas'. He discovers a new world there, new experiences, friendship and kindness.

О фильме:
Пепик, мальчик из детского дома, усыновляется семьей Корда. Сначала он сталкивается со множеством проблем, но вскоре привыкает к своему новому дому. К сожалению, его настоящая мать решает его вернуть. Корда возвращают мальчика матери, но он там несчастен. Окончательный удар происходит, когда его отчим ломает лодку, которую построил для Пепика господин Корда, ради починки сарая. Пепик убегает, и находится господином Корда, который берет его домой и обещает построить новую лодку.
