DESCRIPTION
Il maresciallo Nico Giraldi aspetta il suo primo figlio ed è in vacanza con la moglie e la nonna di lei, sorda, ma esperta levatrice. Ma l'imprevisto è in agguato e Nico viene richiamato in servizio per scagionare l'amico venticello da un'accusa di omicidio: il delitto di Porta Romana. Trasferitosi a Milano per l'occasione, Giraldi scopre dell'assassino un unico indizio: ha una cicatrice sul tallone destro. Ma tra un inseguimento sui pattini a rotelle ed uno in moto Nico riuscirà ad acciuffare l'assassino che nel frattempo gli ha rubato il camper con moglie partoriente, nonna e un infermiere in sovrappiù. Cocluderà le sue fatiche riuscendo a portare la moglie a Roma, giusto in tempo per la nascita del figlio (maschio naturalmente).
