1. Click on the installer. 2. Choose where to extract the installation files and click on "ok" (This is only to extract the installer, the program installation path is chosen after) 3. After the extraction the installer program should popup 4. Disable your internet connection 5. Uncheck "install hi.ru as homepage" unless you want that. 6. Install 7. Done (You may want to block photoshop access to internet with a firewall and of course do not update it)
