LockHunter - бесплатная утилита для удаления файлов, которые, по непонятным вам причинам, блокируются какими-то другими приложениями. Для удобства LockHunter интегрируется в контекстное меню Проводника Windows. Бывают ситуации, когда системой выдается сообщение, что файл удалить невозможно, так как он используется иным приложением. Это случается по разным причинам, в том числе может быть результатом действия какого-нибудь malware или другого вредоносного приложения. В таких ситуациях на помощь придет LockHunter. Он позволяет разблокировать находящиеся в использовании файлы с последующей возможностью удаления, копирования или переименования.
Основные возможности:• Показывает процесс, блокирующий доступ к файлу или папке
• Позволяет разблокировать, удалить, скопировать или переименовать заблокированный файл
• Позволяет "убить" блокирующий процесс

Now command line return non zero exit code in case of unsuccessful operation. Find list of exit codes in the manual
