John Gotti dice rivolgendosi direttamente al pubblico che la vita di un criminale finisce in due modi: in galera o con la morte e a lui sono successe entrambe le cose. Quindi lo vediamo anziano, pelato e provato da un cancro mentre riceve visita in prigione da suo figlio, che vuole la sua approvazione per firmare un accordo con i procuratori e accettare una condanna breve.
