DESCRIPTION
When the bee Barry B. Benson graduates from college, he finds that he will have only one job for his entire life, and absolutely disappointed, he joins the team responsible for bringing the honey and pollination of the flowers to visit the world outside the hive. Once in Manhattan, he is saved by the florist Vanessa and he breaks the bee law to thank Vanessa. They become friends and Barry discovers that humans exploit bees to sell the honey they produce. Barry decides to sue the human race, with destructive consequences to nature.

Dopo giusto 3 giorni di College, un'ape di nome Barry Bee Benson resta sorpreso e amareggiato quando vede che ha una sola possibilità di carriera, il miele. Alla ricerca di nuove prospettive si avventura fuori dall'alveare ed infrange una delle regole cardine del mondo delle api: parla cioè con un'umana, una fioraia di New York City di nome Vanessa Bloom . Barry rimane sconvolto nell'apprendere che gli umani usano e mangiano da secoli il miele delle api, e infine realizza che la sua vera vocazione è quella di intentare una causa contro la razza umana per il furto del loro prezioso miele.Il fidanzato di Vanessa,Ken scopre che tra loro c'è un rapporto e lo scova pure cenare e brindare con Vanessa e così Ken tenta di uccidere Barry mentre è andato in bagno............
