Brothers Grim is a young emerging duo in the Edmonton Hip Hop scene
consisting of brothers Komrade & PG hailing out of the north side
neighbourhood of the low income, working class Beverly
On April 20, 2009 Brothers Grim released Grim Reefer a full length
professionally pressed album dealing with the Cannabis legalization and
culture. With political looks at the history of Cannabis, feel good party
tracks and raw underground music Grim Reefer is a cross-section of hip-hop
sounds. Grim Reefer quickly solidified Brothers Grim in the Cannabis
Legalization movement in the city performing at many rallies and 420
parties. The album features local emcees Proveli Paragon, Oozeela, Toxik
Soul, Kryple & NineLivez
The album offers a wide variety of listening pleasures for all Hip Hop
fans, and enough exploration into other styles that even a non Hip-Hop fan
