Guerrino Castiglioni, vedovo, incontra e sposa Chantal, una giovane fotomodella. Scopre poi che la splendida ragazza è stata un tempo paracadutista nell'esercito tedesco e che ha cambiato sesso. Un transessuale, insomma. Nasce così tutta una serie di attacchi provocati dalla suocera e dagli amici pettegoli di Guerrino, che mettono in crisi il matrimonio. I due si lasciano, ma Guerrino non può vivere senza la sua Chantal e alla fine la famiglia si ricongiunge accresciuta da un bambino di cui Chantal è stata padre.
