01 The Terminator 1984.

In the future, Skynet, a computer system fights a losing war against the humans who

built it and who it nearly exterminated. Just before being destroyed, Skynet sends

a Terminator back in time to kill Sarah, the mother to be of John Connor, the

Leader of the human resistance. The terminator can pass for human, is nearly

indestructible, and has only one mission, killing Sarah Connor. One soldier is sent

back to protect her from the killing machine. He must find Sarah before the

Terminator can carry out it's mission.

02 Terminator 2 Judgment Day Extended Remastered 1991.

Sequel to Terminator. Skynet, the 21st century computer waging a losing war on

humans sends a second terminator back in time to destroy the leader of the human

resistance while he is still a boy. His mother is the only one who knows of the

existence of the Terminators, human-like robots that exist only to kill and are

nearly indestructible, and Sarah, the boy's mother is currently in a state mental

hospital because of her 'delusions'. A second protector is sent back to the past by

the Human resistance to protect John Connor, their future leader, at all costs.

03 Terminator 3 Rise Of The Machines 2003.

More than 10 years after Terminator 2, John Connor now exists only as a drifter

living off the grid, so no more Terminators from the future can hunt him down.

Unfortunately, SkyNet does send another one back - and this one is called the T-X,

even more powerful & advanced than the dreaded T-1000. However, another CSM-101

Terminator is also sent back to protect John against the T-X. Now, Skynet is

patiently assuming control of civilian computer systems, under the guise of a

computer virus. John has also met his future wife, Kate Brewster, whose father a

U.S. Air Force General - is in charge of the military computer systems & is leery

of up linking SkyNet. However, when the SkyNet virus infects the U.S military

computers & leaves the country open to attack, the machines begin their horrific

takeover. Soon a nuclear war will result - and the war against the machines will

begin. Can the outdated CSM-101 Terminator eliminate the highly advanced T-X or

will a darker future await man following the nuclear attack?

04 Terminator 4 Salvation Directors Cut 2009.

The war between man and machine is waging and humanity's saviour, John Connor is

doing his best. He learns that his nemesis, Skynet is searching for the one who

will father him, Kyle Reese so he tries to find him. And at the same time he thinks

he found a way to stop Skynet. One of Connor's people gets in trouble and meets a

man named Marcus who has not knowledge of Judgement Day and the War. It seems like

he was a man who was about to be executed just before Judgement Day and before his

execution, a doctor approached him asking if he would allow her to use his body for

a project she's working on and he agreed. Which was his last memory. When he and

the rebel return to camp something happens and when Marcus awakens he is chained up

and Connor shows him that he is not completely human. Connor thinks he's one of

Skynet's Terminators who was sent to kill him and Kyle Reese. Marcus denies what he

is talking about and tells Connor that he was with Kyle Reese and that he was

captured and is being brought to Skynet. Connor sets out to rescue Kyle. The woman

Marcus left helps him escape and when Connor confronts him, Marcus says he will do

what he can to save Kyle. Connor lets him go.

05 Terminator 5 Genisys 2015.

The continuing saga of humanity's war with the machines who are led by Skynet the

artificial intelligence that decided that humanity needs to be eradicated. John

Connor (Jason Clarke), the one leading the human rebels against Skynet, has a plan

to attack Skynet but decides not to take part in it and opts instead to prevent

Skynet from implementing it's contingency plan--to send a terminator to kill the

woman who would give birth to John, Sarah Connor. But he fails so he sends his

right hand, Kyle Reese who is the one who will sire him, to protect Sarah. And as

Reese is leaving he sees John attacked by someone there who is one of Skynet's

soldiers. When Reese arrives, he discovers a terminator which is not like the ones

he's encountered. He is saved by Sarah who knows who he is and why he is there. He

also discovers she has a terminator with her. She tells him that the terminator he

encountered was sent to kill her when she was nine and the terminator, with her,

was sent to save her and has been her companion and guardian ever since. They

intercepted the terminator he followed and plan to use it's chip to activate a time

machine they built to go to 1997 which is when Skynet was activated but Reese says

they should not go to 1997 but to 2017. He says that there's a voice or memory that

tells him to remember the date because it's when they can stop Skynet. So Sarah and

Reese go, the terminator stays behind and says he'll meet them when they arrive but

they get arrested when they arrive and someone unexpected show up.
