AVD Graphic Studio is a Photoshop clone with very similar properties to a much lower price. It provides over 20 tools to work with images - cropping, resizing, rotating, bump mapping, histogram mirroring (horizontal and vertical), special effects filters and many more handy options for image manipulation.
