Het verhaal over twee rivaliserende criminele bendes. Stick is de leider van één van hen, die in een
oorlog gestort wordt door de leider van de tegenstander, Black Smith. Hij valt de familie van Stick
aan, die in een moreel dilemma komt: uit het criminele leven stappen of wraak nemen met een
negatieve geweldsspiraal tot gevolg. Bovendien plaatst Smith een contract op Sticks hoofd, waardoor
er een huurmoordenaar achter hem aan zit en blijkt zijn vriendin Heaven zwanger.
A Day in the Life covers the story of a gang of new yorkers pushing drugs and living fast. Life in the
game in hard, and somethings about to go down. The whole movie is set to a hip-hop beat, with all
the dialogue in the scenes being rapped along to the music.
