Sinopsis
En diciembre de 1941, los japoneses atacaron Pearl Harbor. El presidente de Estados Unidos, Franklin Roosevelt, decidió contraatacar bombardeando Tokio. Los bombardeos aéreos dirigidos por el teniente coronel Doolittle de los Estados Unidos despegaron de un portaaviones en el Pacífico. Pero después de completar sus misiones, los aviones norteamericanos tuvieron que aterrizar en las zonas costeras de China, cerca de Zhejiang, debido al consumo de demasiado combustible. Un joven piloto fue salvado por una mujer local que era viuda. Y de allí surgió una historia de amor.
