DESCRIPTION
This was another attempt to take a successful primetime television series and turn it into a Saturday morning cartoon. In it, the Dukes, Daisy and her cousins, Coy and Vance in the first season, and then Bo and Luke in the second, were racing Boss Hogg and his right hand man Roscoe, to win the prize money, to pay the mortgage on their farm. Everyweek Uncle Jesse who was back on the farm would get a letter or postcard from Daisy detailing the events that would take place in the episode.

Their manager is desperately trying to get them work but is met with failure at every turn. Finally pushed to the extreme , they pull a heist only a fool would attempt, which leaves them even more desperate. When all seems lost, they find themselves. Underneath the laughter, the film explores the intricacies of redefining yourself; not dealing only with lost fame, but for anyone who's found themselves at the bottom of the mountain looking up to where they once were; and how, in changing times, to hold on to your true self.
