Hello, Nyaa!
Here are two official Nordic DVDs of Dragon Ball Z that I have managed to get a hold on. To my knowledge, the series wasn't dubbed in the Nordic countries, but the movies were. According to Wikipedia, nine DVDs were released, but nowadays they are rather difficult to find. So for whatever they are worth, enjoy!
