I have been in 2 minds whether or not I should upload this as my original intention was to compile. and upload it to my youtube channel and to give it to any of my friends and family that wanted it. But after my mates and Mrs. had listened to it, Â they said that it's too good for me not to upload.
In my years of djing in Ibiza (The White Isle) and listening to umpteen Ibiza compilations, I thought to myself I can do a better job than that! So I made a list of all my absolute favourite tracks from the past 30 years. I've played so many great club tunes in my time that I've had to use my extensive music knowledge to sort the "absolute must be included" and the one's that "wouldn't really be missed". And I would like to think that this is the best compilation that's ever been put together. It's something, I've been told, I should have done a long time ago.
Now I know I'm going to get some stick for this, but unfortunately the only places I could find the mixes on that I wanted to use were spotify and youtube (I've used some rare and unreleased versions which I think are the best versions). Anyway I was having a bit of a dilemma. So I remembered a programme that I had and fortunately it captures the stream in .wav files so these songs are exactly the same quality as spotify and youtube stream them, even after lossless conversion to flac, although the bit rate is slightly lower (around 560kbps to 1140kbps). I've also streamed the audio through an audio enhancer (paid for Pro version) to enhance the bass and treble frequencies, and I think you'll agree, the audio has much depth and more oomph to it now. I've also streamed the HQ Audio version of the songs when available, but whether or not it's made any difference is anyone's guess?
Anyway for all the trance lovers out there, here is my compilation of what I think are the best Ibiza anthems ever made and I hope it contains tracks which you've never heard of but will hopefully grow to love. Remember all these tracks were massive in the bars & clubs abroad at the time and can you believe that I once owned them all on 12" vinyl!
Anyway I hope you'll agree that this is the best compilation of Ibiza trance anthems that's ever been put together.
I've manually added all the tag info in case you think this is good enough to keep, made a cover (which is a first for me) and added the cover to the track files so it will show up when playing on your pc (or mac). I've also made a .cue file. Right click on it and play with VLC player it will play all 77 tracks one after the next.  Also download "dBpoweramp" it will show you all  of the tag information and extended audio properties I've added.
