DESCRIPTION

This is Star Trek: TNG season 5 episode 26 (Time's Arrow, part 1) and season 6 episode 1 (Time's Arrow, part 2) upscaled to 4K from the 1080p blu-ray with AI using Topaz Labs Video Enhance AI 1.5.1 with the "Gaia HQ" profile. It was upscaled to lossless PNG images, then converted to a H265 video with ffmpeg. This is my "version 2", which has been re-compressed to H265 with Handbrake at quality 21.5 for smaller size for easier streaming. This includes AAC audio and subtitles.
