DESCRIPTION

film diretto da David Raymond, vede protagonista un vigilante di provincia che si ritrova tutto a un tratto coinvolto in un caso riguardante un killer seriale. La storia ha inizio con il caso di una giovane donna, morta per essere precipitata da un punte ed essere finita su un camion in corsa. Le dinamiche portano però il detective Walter Marshall (Henry Cavill) a sospettare che la ragazza non sia caduta accidentalmente, ma che si sia gettata di proposito per sfuggire a qualcosa o da qualcuno. Le indagini prendono una svolta quando Marshall, seguendo le tracce di un predatore sessuale coinvolto nel rapimento di una giovane sotto tutela dell’ex giudice Michael Cooper (Ben Kingsley), trova la ragazza e altre donne segregate in una villa di prorprietà di Simon Stulls (Brendan Fletcher). Ma la cattura e l’arresto dell’uomo, mentalmente instabile e apparentemente affetto da autismo, daranno il via a una catena di eventi inaspettati che metteranno in pericolo le vite degli agenti coinvolti
