This one was a challenge. The video was one of the noisiest high-def vids I've seen and was a juddery PAL to NTSC conversion by inserting duplicate frames. The audio in the webcast wasn't good. Fortunately I had good audio from a Dime post, and was able to rescue the video with Avisynth and Video Enhance AI.
