Trama :

Corey Webster ( Brolin ) è un skater che viene da fuori città e soggiorna a Los Angeles da amici nella speranza di competere e di vincere una gara : la corsa del massacro ( Downhill ) . Durante il suo soggiorno a Los Angeles si innamora di una bella ragazza bionda di nome Chrissy, che guarda caso è la sorella minore del Gancio, il capo della banda dei Coltelli, una banda di skater punk. Chrissy non fa parte della banda, ma è venuta dall' Indiana a trovare suo fratello a Los Angeles per l'estate.

Corey e i suoi amici hanno scontri con la banda dei Coltelli per tutto il film a causa dell'amore tra Corey e Chrissy...guardatevi il film :-)
