Roma: tre amici con scarsi mezzi, ma dotati di un indomabile talento creativo, decidono di organizzare un "Tour Criminale" di Roma alla scoperta dei luoghi che furono teatro delle gesta della Banda della Magliana. L'idea è trasformare il tour in una macchina da soldi. Abiti d'epoca, jeans a zampa, giubbotti di pelle e Ray-Ban, ed è fatta, i tre sono pronti per lanciarsi nella nuova impresa. Per un imprevedibile scherzo del destino, il trio viene catapultato negli anni '80 nei giorni dei Mondiali di Spagna e si ritrovano faccia a faccia con la vera Banda della Magliana che all'epoca gestiva le scommesse clandestine sul calcio.

In the present day, three friends to make ends meet invent a "criminal tour" for the places which were scenes of the Banda della Magliana criminal acts, even with vintage clothes. Suddenly they are catapulted in the 1982, during the Spain World Cup, facing the real Banda della Magliana, which at that time had the control over illegal bets.
