To create an attractive newsletter, you can use graphics files, colors, different fonts, links, tables, and also use standard design templates. SoftwareNetz Mailing is easy to use and you can work with it without any PC knowledge (only there is no Russian support, this of course can confuse our user). The application contains a complete contact and customer management system. You can import existing contacts into the program. The product is compatible with Softwarenetz Addresses2 and Softwarenetz Invoice4. You have direct access to clients and contacts in these two programs and can send your emails. The letter is sent directly through the SMTP connection of your mail server. Therefore, you do not need an additional email program to send emails. You can set the number of emails per connection or a time limit. You may have different restrictions depending on your provider. The program has built-in standard layouts for various events, such as Christmas, birthdays or newsletters. Just choose the default layout and write your letter. After sending the newsletter, you always receive rejection letters, for example, if the email address no longer exists. In this case, you receive a "Mail delivery failed ..." message from your mail server. The application is able to recognize such rejection letters and blocks this contact for future mailings.
