Acronis True Image is a software for creating backups of a hard disk or partitions from a hard disk. It is also designed to create a copy of the operating system, with which you can later restore operability. It is also possible to partially backup individual files and folders, music files, video files, pictures, documents and any other files. The Online Backup feature allows you to store files and disks on the Acronis Cloud. Data will be protected even in the event of loss, theft or breakdown of your computer, and, if necessary, it can be fully restored to a new device.

New in Acronis True Image:
• Completely updated design - the Acronis True Image interface has been completely redesigned to simplify the work with the program. In addition, the new interface allows you to work with True Image on touchscreen devices.
• Recovering disks from Acronis Cloud over Wi-Fi - when recovering a disk from Acronis Cloud without using an Ethernet cable, you can connect and download data over Wi-Fi. Acronis True Image supports several wireless security protocols, including WPA-Personal, WPA2-Personal, and WPA2-Enterprise. You can even migrate the operating system with all installed programs to bare metal over a wireless connection.
• Automatic deduplication of the original backup data in the online storage - before starting the backup to the online storage, True Image analyzes the selected data. If the program detects two or more identical blocks of data, only one of them is loaded into Acronis Cloud storage. During recovery, True Image creates duplicate blocks and inserts them in all places where the block was found. This algorithm reduces the amount of downloaded data by an average of 10 percent and saves space on the Acronis Cloud storage.
• The standard version of the product includes the features of the Premium version - with the purchase of Acronis True Image 2015 you get a full set of features, including support for dynamic disks and the Acronis WinPE ISO Image Wizard.
• New simplified Acronis Bootable Media Builder - The new wizard allows you to create both Acronis bootable media and WinPE-based media in a few simple steps.
• Backing up the entire computer - a new type of backup allows you to protect all data on your computer at once. In the event of an accident, you can recover not only all your documents, photos and other files, but also the Windows system along with applications.
• Infrequently used tools have been removed - to make the product easier and more reliable, the following tools have been removed:
• Acronis Extended Capacity Disk Manager
• Truncate SSD
• Convert backup files from TIB format to VHD and vice versa
• Disk Editor
• Boot Sequence Manager
• File shredder
• Import and export of backup options

Acronis True Image also allows you to create a bootable CD-R or DVD-R disk that can be backed up and recovered from disks or partitions on a computer with any Intel or AMD processor and any operating system, including Linux®. (Apple Macintosh computers with an Intel processor are not supported.)
