The source quality is mediocre. The line art displays serious aliasing, and mild banding exists in some flat areas. We have descaled the source to its original resolution and reconstructed it with strong anti-aliasing algorithm in order to remove serious aliasing. We then applied mild debanding, compensatory sharpening and self-adaptive denoising.
