These are AV1 10-bit encodes, so it may be hard for many users to play them without dropping frames. The state of AV1 is roughly where it was a year ago: although AV1 is clearly more efficient than HEVC, there is no real way to produce AV1 encodes that have acceptable detail retention in high-motion scenes and dark areas.
These are not the "final" batch subs, though they do have some important changes made to them compared to the volume releases (principally the way the name of the park is handled).
