So, this was requested by a close friend. A fun series to continue my training. I just based the dialogue from ThiccThighs and compared TS between Thicc and Anarchy (or whatever TS was there to compare, which meant around 90% TS came from the latter). Retimed and italicized dialogue whenever appropriate. Also shoved them to the sides or at the top whenever their names were shown, which was mildly annoying to do. Translated ending songs of 5 and 8 from Anarchy's (because I couldn't find it online). Didn't want to include the romaji of any of the songs, just as an experiment.
NCED04 is a remux because Raws-Maji didn't have the creditless ending of ep 9 encoded, which was odd.
Jap audio's 16-bit 2.0 FLAC. Eng audio's from Funi, ripped by NanDesuKa. Couldn't find the US BD. I changed a lot of things which were beyond dialogue fixes... so I'm not posting those.
