Un gruppo di studenti decide di trascorrere le vacanze estive trasformando la casa in una perfetta dimora “verde”. E sarebbe già abbastanza impegnativo, senza il depravato Leprechaun che inconsapevolmente fanno rivivere. Il mostro è tornato ed è determinato a ottenere il suo oro insegnando a queste persone una lezione. Le donne si uniscono per trovare il suo oro.
