**I've compied the chapters into volumes, added covers and left 1 credit page per scanlator per volume. Some volumes have no credit pages because the chapters didn't have any. I've also moved some files from omakes from the end of the volume to the beginning (double covers, table of contents and such that belong there but were scanlated later).
