Re-release:
OVA does now include subtitles, the rest stayed the same. Sorry for the trouble.
Changes to Coalgirls's subtitles:
I made the font a little bit smaller.
OVA:
Removed weird preview at the beginning (eng-audio), since the BDMV didn't include that.
The video was encoded with crf 19.5 to 10bit, and the audio to OPUS.
