DESCRIPTION
Harry Tasker (Arnold Schwarzenegger) leads a double life. At work he is a government agent with a license to do just about anything, while at home he pretends to be a dull computer salesman. He is on the trail of stolen nuclear weapons that are in the hands of fanatic terrorists when something more important comes up. Harry finds his wife is seeing another man (Bill Paxton) because she needs some adventure in her life. Harry decides to give it to her, juggling pursuit of terrorists on one hand and an adventure for his wife on the other while showing he can Tango all at once.

As you know, so far (August 2022), The «True Lies» movie has never been released in 4K Blu-ray officially.
The source for this release is the release made by winks. The Master video is probably from the 1080i high definition digital tape (DTheatre).
This release is an attempt to create the most perfect 4K version as possible considering the available sources.
This is not an usual stupid upscale, because "True Lies Ganile Version" has been processed with Artificial Intelligence (Deep learning), through the Topaz Video Enhance AI software.
Artificial Intelligence analyzed and enhanced the movie, frame by frame. There were 2 passes: the first to upscale to 2160p, and the second one, keeping the scale 1:1, for fine-tuning of the picture.
The result is visually jaw-dropping, specially on humans and objects/machines. Exception are scenes with a lot of action: lenses used for the filming didn’t focus very well during action-packed momentums and made the images a bit blurry, but anyway the processed pictures in my release are stunning… without any doubt the very best version of "True Lies" you'll find on Earth, as long as Sir James Cameron and the Studio won't release an official true emastered 4K version. When this happens PLEASE BUY IT, to honor this classic thrilling comedy.
A short featurette found on YouTube. Very, very bad quality in 480p. I gave it back some dignity by processing it with Topaz Video Enhance AI. Again, the best version you'll find on Earth,
