DESCRIPTION
Shrek has rescued Princess Fiona, got married, and now is time to meet the parents. Shrek, Fiona, and Donkey set off to Far, Far Away to meet Fiona's mother and father. But not everyone is happy. Shrek and the King find it hard to get along, and there's tension in the marriage. It's not just the family who are unhappy. Prince Charming returns from a failed attempt at rescuing Fiona, and works alongside his mother, the Fairy Godmother, to try and find a way to get Shrek away from Fiona.

Shrek e la principessa Fiona sono tornati dal viaggio di nozze e tutto potrebbe andare bene, se non si dovesse andare nel Paese di Molto Molto Lontano a trovare i genitori di lei che certamente non si aspettano una figlia tanto trasformata. A questo va aggiunto un principe azzurro irritato per essere stato superato da un orco nella sua missione di salvare e trasformare in umana la principessa. L’atavica sfida con i suoceri – che speravano di meglio per la figlia – prende vita in un turbinio di sotterfugi: da una parte Re Harold, Azzurro e la malvagia Fata Madrina che provano a far finire anzitempo il matrimonio tra i due, dall’altro Shrek che con Ciuchino le prova tutte per diventare quello che tutti vogliono da lui, un essere umano. Ma i suoceri sono sempre molto meglio di come li dipingono i luoghi comuni…
