DESCRIPTION
A virus breaks out, resulting in a chilling massacre through the streets of Montevideo. The infected become hunters and only calm their fever by unscrupulously killing all those who have not caught the virus yet. Unaware of this, Iris and her daughter spend the day at the sports club where Iris works as a security guard. When night comes, she is about to start a merciless fight. Her only hope of salvation comes when they discover that after each attack the infected seem to fall into a 32-second trance of calmness and stillness before charging again.

Il vecchio impianto sportivo di Neptune sorge di fronte alla baia di Montevideo. In dismissione, è monitorato dalla sorveglianza di Iris, madre single della piccola Renata costretta dalla crisi economica ad accettare quel lavoro. Poiché non ha nessuno che la aiuti, Iris è costretta a portarsi almeno una volta a settimana la figlia al lavoro. Una sera, Renata si avventura lungo la piscina vuota proprio mentre la città è colpita da una strana epidemia che trasforma tutti in killer spietati, assetati di violenza e morte. Separate, madre e figlia vivranno la più terrificante notte delle loro vite.
