The group from Buenos Aires was formed in 1969 and debuted at the local legendary Festival De Musica Beat. The band originally consisted of two brothers, guitarist Adrián and bassist/organist/vocalist Ronán, as well as drummer José Luis González. The debut album, moderately hard progressive with elements of space rock, was released in 1973. The second album in 1977 was made in a harder way and reflected the hard rock face of the group. In 1981, the band expanded their line-up and shortened the name to "Orion", while continuing to perform live, and later released two more albums.
