Modified English subtitles to go with [JySzE's Cowboy Bebop release.](https://nyaa.si/view/1492120) Big thanks to WPR for doing translation checking and editing on around 10 or so lines.

**I've done the following:**
- Fully retimed everything to the original Japanese 2.0 mix (these will partly work with the 5.1 mix as well, but optimally you'd want to retime these for use with it)
- Modified the dialogue, ED karaoke, and E26 insert song styles (also added romaji to the insert song)
- Modified and motion-tracked the signs in E3 and modified the signs in E17
- Made all those weird full-caps words into either italicized lowercase or normal lowercase
- Removed ellipses from the start and end of split lines. Also replaced any ellipses at the end of split lines with commas where appropriate
- Split / joined some lines where I thought it made sense or to get CPS lower (also split all the ones with 2 characters' lines in one line)
- Changed some line breaks
- Fixed any errors I noticed
There could still be errors left so if you notice any let me know and I'll fix and reupload.
