The first album of Dekret, created in Kielce in 1982, released on cassette in 1992, this time on CD and two colors of vinyl. Fast, melodic punk rock with a saxophone.
One of the bands of the punk boom of the 1980s known, among others, for from festivals in Jarocin. Initially, they played simple punk rock, with time hardcore elements began to appear in the band's music.
At the end of 1988, Dekret played concerts in Budapest with the then leading Hungarian underground bands. In 1990, he won an award in the "Trójka" radio plebiscite, taking first place on the Alternative Music Charts, and at the turn of 1991-92, the material "Ludzkie Cienie" was recorded in Walter Chełstowski's CCS Studio in Warsaw, which was released in June 1992. On saxophone , guest starred Włodzimierz Kinior Kiniorski.
