FAQ
Q: Why did you use a source from an encode, not from a blu-ray/remux? Why are you doing this to me?
A: Encoders use Python programming language to create VapourSynth scripts for filtering, and the skilled encoders selected produce exceptional results. This leads to encodes that look even better than the original source material by correcting issues such as banding, aliasing, etc. So, for my encode, I prefer to use a high-quality source that aims to be transparent in compression quality while also using filtering to address any issues presented by original studio or Blu-ray release.
