v2: Updated encode with a rescale and minor consistency updates to subtitles.
My encode of the JPBD with GSK_kun subtitles based on modified neko-raws source. Adjusted OP timing and made consistent for all eps. Added subs to signs track for a short song in ep 24 that was not dubbed as part of dialogue. Spliced in missing JPBD credits section into the dub audio track in ep 24.
