Following the 30,000 staff on the frontline and behind the scenes, we reveal how they keep the system going - from the daily challenge to avoid overcrowding, to solving engineering meltdowns, from crime on the network to medical and operational emergencies. With unique access to TFL's Control Centre, down to the platforms and behind the closed doors, for the first time this is how the tube and the capital's transport system keeps people moving day in day out.
