If you are subscribed to a news feed that contains torrent files, then uTorrent can perfectly pull out links from there and immediately redirect them to the client, if desired, you can work through proxy servers, and you can connect to the tracker via the HTTPS and UDP protocol, there is support for protocol encryption. uTorrent fully supports Unincode and UPnP in any version of the Windows operating system.
If we consider the interface, then it is quite convenient, as well as support for more than 50 different languages, all the functions are clear, I think there should be no problems with this. I highly recommend the program to anyone who needs to download or share their files. Personally, I started using uTorrent Pro many, many years ago and its functions have always seemed to me as clear and accessible as possible. I was surprised that the download speed was the maximum possible for my provider. The most important feature for me was the ability to scan bad torrents and block possible viruses.
