いま若者たちの間で“終活”に興味を持つ人が増えている。エンディングノートを書く、自分のお葬式に流す曲を考えるなど、内容はさまざま。「コロナで死を身近に感じた」「将来に希望が持てない」などの理由かららしい。一方で共通するのは、自分の最後を考えることで、自分を見つめ直すことができ、前向きに生きられるようになったという声。終活を通して見えてくる、今を生きる若者たちの悩みや生き方を見つめる。
