I tried a few different settings and having Reduce Noise on 13 is the best compromise, after many tries with the settings. Even having it at 15 had a hugely noticeable difference, making the faces look too waxy (Ironically lol). So there are still some scenes with wavy grain in the background but faces & objects have enough clarity.
